Annual Dues Assessment Collection Policy & Timetable
The Callaway Lakes Homeowner Association Board of Directors has implemented a new collection policy regarding "due dates" for payments. The new policy regarding payment "due dates" is as follows:
1. All Callaway Lakes Homeowner Association dues should be paid and received by April 1st of each year.
2. If payment is not received by April 1st, a late fee of $25 will be assessed and a second notice sent to the homeowner.
3. If payment (including late fee) has not been received by May 1st, another late fee of $25 will be assessed and a
delinquent (third) notice sent to the homeowner.
4. If payment (including all late fees) has not been received by June 30th, a delinquent list of homeowners will be submitted
to a collection agency for additional follow-up and collection.
