LOCATED IN LEE COUNTY, ALBANY GA.
We're the Callaway Lakes Homeowners Association (CLHOA), a volunteer group made up entirely of single-family residential property owners.
Callaway Lakes draws
residents that chose to live in a friendly neighborhood environment with
spacious lots and beautiful homes in a southern setting. As you drive
through the neighborhoods you will notice that the residents take pride
in their homes and yards with a variety of eye pleasing landscaping.
Outside structures,
fences, gazebo’s, etcetera are approved by an organized Architectural
Control Committee to ensure that all properties continue to compliment the
overall neighborhood and meet the homeowners association’s covenants.
Residents have made a substantial investment in their property, one that
depends on keeping
Callaway
Lakes an exceptional community.
The CLHOA publishes an annual informative newsletter each fall, (by
e-mail starting in 2008) helping to spread the word on community issues.
The CLHOA website
strives to provide all necessary information for residents and those
wishing to reside in our community. CLHOA holds an annual meeting each
February for all residents. The exact date and time will be posted on
the website in December. You can sign up at the website to receive
CLHOA news including the announcement of the homeowners meeting,
upcoming social events, and neighborhood alerts to be automatically sent
to your e-mail address.
Feel free to contact
the Board of Directors with any questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Neil Thompson,
President CLHOA
